Returns Policy

If your items arrive damaged or faulty, please get in touch via email hannah@lyttlestudio.net within 48 hours of delivery, Lyttle Studio will arrange a replacement or refund.

If you wish to return your order for any other reason, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding postage costs), provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt.

When returning an item, please include your order details, the reason for return, and let us know whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. Lyttle Studio recommends keeping proof of postage, as they cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned item for your refund or exchange to be processed.
